About LynxSprint
A work-management platform built domain-first, on the view that an agentic layer is only as good as the record underneath it.
Why we built it
Most organizations run work management across four or five tools that were never designed to meet. Time is logged against nothing, utilization is guessed, project profitability is discovered a quarter late, and someone spends every Monday chasing timesheets.
The interesting part is not that those tools are bad. It is that the loss happens in the seams, and integration work never removes a seam. It only moves it. So LynxSprint collapses them into one tenant-isolated model where projects, work items, time, people and reporting share one identity model, one permission model and one audit trail.
That coherence is what makes the AI position possible. Because everything is one permission-bound domain, an agent gets exactly the view of the world an individual employee is allowed to see, no more and no less. The value of an agentic layer is proportional to the trustworthiness of the domain underneath it, so we built the domain first.
What we hold to
These are the constraints the architecture is written against, not slogans added later.

Tenant isolation is a safety property, not a feature
A cross-tenant leak is treated as the most severe class of defect regardless of how little data it touched.

The server is the only authority
Permission checks in the browser improve the experience. They never constitute a boundary.

Correct time beats convenient time
We accept interface complexity to avoid an ambiguous timestamp.

Approved data is immutable
Corrections are new, attributable events. Never silent overwrites.

AI is additive, never load-bearing
Every workflow completes with AI fully disabled.

Respect the person being measured
Employees can always see their own data and the reason it is collected.
How we work
We run LynxSprint on ourselves before anyone else does. It is a deliberately unglamorous first user and the right one, because it means we find the rough edges before a customer has to.
We publish what we are not doing alongside what we are. The roadmap names what is in the product, what is coming, and the reason behind each decision. A list of what a tool does not do is usually more useful than a list of what it might.
